Some tips getting slim

As the days goes and we become engrossed in our daily routines , so much , that we do not even have time for ourselves. The result well, you know obesity leading to blood pressure , heart diseases and ultimately BOOM , mayocardial infarction .................. and then you are dead , yes dead ............
I am here to deliver you guys a remedy ..... yes , yes ..... you heard right folks a remedy for this modern technology ailment , that is eating at our brains and legs and making us fat and flabby .
I have but a simple solution . Let me guide in the right direction
The things you will have to do
1. Get up early in the morning
2. Drink water on empty stomach
3. Go out for a light jog ( 40 mins recommended )
4. Do some light exercise
5. Make it a habbit
6. Always eat moderate
Things to avoid
1. Dieting
2. Overexertion
3. Giving up
4. Using medicines to get slim
